Vbrick Continues to Innovate in Video Analytics, Enhanced VCI Capabilities and Expanded API Integration

Herndon, VA – August 18, 2020 – Vbrick, the leader in enterprise video platform solutions, today announced the delivery of enhanced video analytics with the August 2020 Rev Platform release. Enhanced video-on-demand (VOD) analytics and webcast analytics continue the innovation in Rev’s industry leading video intelligence capabilities. Additionally, existing video conferencing integration (VCI) has been enhanced to support greater user management and control.

Video has become a mission critical component of the digital workplace as more companies leverage it for a multitude of use cases to enable improved communication and collaboration. As such, enterprises are delivering more live streaming video and developing more video-on-demand content than ever before. These enterprises require their video solutions to provide the intelligence necessary to maximize their return on investment and the integration capabilities necessary to expand and embed the power of video across processes and applications. Vbrick has recognized this need and continues to innovate in video analytics, integration and user experience.

The August 2020 Release builds on Rev’s existing video analytics strengths to deliver enhanced video-on-demand (VOD) analytics. Users now have greater reporting flexibility including improved filtering, enhanced interactive search and data selection and expanded viewer analytics. The August release also builds on previous webcast analytics capabilities to now include improved viewer reporting ensuring organizations have the granular video intelligence on viewer experience and viewer behavior.

Additionally, the Rev Cloud August Release builds on existing integration strengths with expanded video conference integration (VCI) capacities and public API enhancements. Users leveraging Rev integrated with a video conference solution now have greater view and layout flexibility and control. API enhancements empower developers to programmatically create questions for webcast event Q&A and to provide answers to questions. The release also offers greater flexibility for API keys with the ability to create user-scoped API keys that enforce a user’s permissions and roles. Users can also kick off (re)transcode of an existing video without having to re-upload it.

“Our mission is to empower organizations to leverage video content from any source, unify that content, add value to it and ensure an optimal viewing experience for all viewers of that content. Analytics and integration capabilities are core to that mission and I am proud Vbrick continues to innovate and lead in these areas with this latest release,” said Olivier Meyer, VP of Product, Vbrick Systems, Inc.
