Paul Sparta
Paul Sparta is Vbrick’s CEO and Chairman of the Board, bringing over 25 years of experience as an operating executive, investor, and Board Director for a number of software and technology companies. He is currently Managing Partner of Acme Nova Partners and is an independent Board Director. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Plateau Systems, which was acquired by SAP SuccessFactors. Paul is a US Navy veteran and a professional race car driver in both the IMSA and SRO sportscar series.

Brian Murphy has over 25 years of experience in operational oversight, financial management, and strategic planning and development, as well as executive leadership roles in software/SaaS organizations. Brian spent twelve years as President & Chief Operating Officer of Plateau Systems where he realized a highly successful acquisition of the company by SAP SuccessFactors.

Peter Hammond Giles
Peter Hammond Giles has over 25 years of collaboration technology sales expertise. Specialized in building and leading high-performing global sales organizations to drive new business, he has managed teams across Europe and APAC as senior vice president at PGi.com and spent two years working in Hong Kong. A bass guitarist in a band he formed with high school friends from the 80s, master of the mixtape since his university days in the 90s, a DJ and a chef, Peter brings the heat to the dancefloor and the kitchen, where he’s most happy cooking up a feast for family and friends.

Jill Huselton
As Vbrick’s product marketing leader, Jill Huselton drives Vbrick’s go-to-market strategies and activities. Jill’s been in the video industry since her first job out of college, where she worked for the cutting-edge video bridging company Link-VTC. Over the last 15+ years, Jill’s worked in the video and online meeting space, including UCaaS companies Intrado and FreeConferenceCall.com, handling everything from product launches to marketing communications to PR. Outside of work, Jill enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family.
David Jeyes

Dave Jeyes
Dave Jeyes leads Vbrick’s product management and user experience teams, with over a decade of experience working in high-growth technology startups. He has a Masters in Human Factors from George Mason University and brings a research-driven philosophy to Vbrick’s product team. Dave has worked at other growth-stage startups, including Storyblocks and Resonate, as well as being part of Oracle’s acquisition of Addthis. When not building digital products, Dave enjoys hiking with his dogs and once climbed to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Shailesh Lohiya has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the software industry specializing in cloud, SaaS, SOA, building scalable enterprise products and applications. A Maryland Smith School of Business MBA graduate, he has held key software engineering and management roles in tech start-ups and large organizations like SAP SuccessFactors, BearingPoint, CommerceOne, and Tata Consultancy Services. By day, Shailesh leads Vbrick’s R&D and product development. Outside of work he enjoys watching NFL games and being with family.

Norah McDonald brings with her 25+ years of experience with expertise in building and leading high-performing global marketing teams to accelerate growth. She has built and led teams through growth and transformation at several B2B SaaS companies including Veracode, Checkmarx, and Anaqua Inc. When she’s not busy diving deep into Vbrick’s global marketing strategy, you can find her freediving with dolphins. Norah loves spending time in the ocean whether she’s snorkeling, kayaking, or just soaking up the sun.

Terry Medhurst has over 20 years of experience in the procurement, design, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. Prior to Vbrick, Terry served as Global Vice President of Professional Services for Plateau Systems, and also founded a company focused on delivering network design and groupware/collaboration solutions. When’s he’s not navigating the murky waters of cloud security, Terry can be found navigating the Chesapeake Bay, as a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain, auxiliarist, and advocate for boating safety and traditional navigation.

Steve Blodgett
Steve Blodgett leads Vbrick’ strategic planning and administrative functions, bringing over 25 years of experience working with growing technology firms. A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career in Arthur Andersen’s high technology practice and served as Director of Finance for Forrester Research. As CFO for Plateau Systems, he played a key role in the company’s acquisition by SAP/SuccessFactors and stayed on as Global Field Controller. Originally from Portland, Maine, Steve is a New England Patriots superfan who is always willing to tell rambling stories about his four wonderful children.
John Senior

John Senior
John Senior has been developing hardware and software systems for more than 35 years, including over 22 years helping Vbrick shape and lead the enterprise video streaming industry. A key contributor to the development of Vbrick’s streaming products, protocols, and world-class eCDN, his responsibilities have ranged from high-level product conception to software and hardware implementation. A hardcore handyman, when he’s not at work building Vbrick’s streaming components, you can find John busy with home renovation projects or getting some exercise in the great outdoors.

Kim Sysak
Kim Sysak develops and implements global HR initiatives to drive Vbrick’s culture, strengthen values, establish policies and procedures, and reinforce the behaviors needed to support the company’s strategy, objectives, and growth. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry Kim has helped prepare high-growth companies for scale in commercial and government enterprises. She holds a degree from The State University of New York at Fredonia and is still waiting for the Buffalo Bills to win a Superbowl.

Before establishing ACM, Joel served for eight years as Vice President and General Partner of Fostin Capital Corp., a Pittsburgh-based investment firm. Prior to Fostin, Joel served for seven years as a nuclear test engineer for General Dynamics.

Paul is a board member for QuickBase, a trustee for Stevens Institute of Technology, an advisor for Dotmatics, Intelepeer, and SafeGuard Cyber, and an investor in GuavaHealth. He was a board member for Science37 and a trustee for the Penn Medicine Princeton Healthcare System. Prior to his current board roles, Paul was CIO of Bristol Myers Squibb.
