What Is in the Vbrick VPaaS Product Sheet
Vbrick VPaaS is a cloud-native video platform as a service: a set of APIs and SDKs that let development teams add live webcasting, on-demand streaming, content management, eCDN delivery and analytics to their own applications, without building or operating video infrastructure. This product sheet covers the capability set, the integration model, the deployment and scaling characteristics, and the usage-based pricing structure.
It is written for engineering and product teams evaluating whether to build video capability in house or embed it. If you are evaluating VPaaS at a platform level rather than a specification level, the Vbrick VPaaS overview is the better starting point.
Vbrick VPaaS Capabilities at a Glance
- Live webcasting. Broadcast to large internal or external audiences through the API, with scaling handled by the platform rather than by your infrastructure.
- On-demand video. Upload, transcode, store and stream recorded video, with playback embedded in your own application and your own player.
- Content management. Programmatic control over metadata, categorization, permissions, and retention, so the video library is governed by your application’s own rules.
- eCDN delivery. Distribute large live events across corporate networks without saturating the WAN, which is the constraint that most often breaks a self-built video feature at enterprise scale.
- Analytics. Viewership, engagement, and quality-of-experience data available through the API for use in your own reporting.
- AI enrichment. Automatic transcription, translation, and indexing, so video becomes searchable alongside the rest of your content.
- White-label delivery. The video experience carries your branding, not Vbrick’s.
Vbrick VPaaS is priced on usage rather than per seat, so cost tracks the video you actually deliver. It is deployed by global enterprises and government agencies, including organizations operating under FedRAMP, SOC 2 and GDPR requirements.
