Unlist a Webcast Event
When you unlist a Webcast, it prevents it from being displayed to all Media Contributors, Media Viewers, and Event Hosts that did not create the Webcast.
This includes the following areas:
●Event Calendar
●All Dashboard carousel views and templates
●Global Search
However, Unlisted Webcasts may be manipulated through Rev APIs. View the Rev Developer’s Site for details.
Note: This functionality must be enabled by your Account Admin first. |
Use the Unlist this Webcast checkbox in event setup to unlist a Webcast in Rev.
To unlist a Webcast:1. Navigate the Event Calendar and select the event.
2. Scroll to or open the Host and Attendees section.
3. Select the Unlist this Webcast checkbox. It is disabled by default.
4. The Webcast is now unlisted and unable to be seen in Rev.
