Unlist a Video
When you Unlist a video, it prevents it from being displayed to anyone who does not have edit rights within the Rev UI.
This includes the following areas:
●All Videos view
●Browse Categories view
●Dashboard carousels including the Featured Video carousel
●Teams page
●Playlist views
●Global Search
However the video may be played when accessed directly via embed code or direct link. Unlisted videos may also be manipulated through Rev APIs.

Use the Video Settings button on the Video Player form to unlist a video in Rev.
To unlist a video:1. Navigate to a video.
2. Click the Video Settings > Advanced Settings dropdown option.
3. Click the Unlist this Video checkbox under the Closed Captions section. If this checkbox is not displayed, as noted, you will need to request that this functionality is enabled to your Account Admin.
4. An Unlisted icon will appear on the video so that you are aware which videos have been unlisted in the future.
