Edit Webcast Settings During an Event
All Webcast settings may be edited once an event has started with the exception of the following which you may not edit once an event has started:
Closed Captions
Listing Type
Custom (Event-Friendly) URLs
Lobby Time
Video Source
Start/End Date and Time
Timezone
Make sure you understand what settings you need to have set up before your Webcast starts and what you may edit “on-the-fly” during the event.
*To edit a Webcast during an event:
1. Start a Webcast Event as you normally would.
2. Click the Edit Settings button on the Event Details form. (See: View Details for a Webcast Event if you need a refresher on how to access this form)
3. Webcast settings that are available for editing will appear and look similar to the image below. As noted, for complete details on which are available, view the Edit Inline column for each setting on the Schedule a Webcast Event topic.
4. The new settings will be available immediately to all attendees once you click Save.
