User Guide Preface
Online help is written for anyone who will be using or evaluating the Vbrick Rev® media management platform. This includes system administrators, software developers, network technicians, and end users in a variety of business environments. Information for end user functions is arranged as follows:
 
Provides a overview of Rev. It explains how to login and exit the system and how to reset a user’s password and security question.
Describes the interface elements of Rev’s user interface including the Home Page and Header navigation options. Details on personalized video content found under the Media Menu and the All Videos, Playlists, and My Videos tabs are covered. Notifications and how to manage them are also covered in detail.
Explains how video functionality works in Rev. Includes topics from adding, embedding, and uploading video to leaving feedback on the videos.
Explains the Teams functionality in Rev. How to view Teams and manage their members and video assets is discussed in detail.
Everything you need to know on how to create, manage, and host your own Webcast event.
