Bulk Editing the Unlisted Video Setting
Use the Bulk Edit button to enable or disable the Unlisted setting on several videos at once. If a video is unlisted, it is not viewable anywhere in the Rev interface. Keep in mind that your System Admin must have this setting enabled in Rev globally before you will see the ability to bulk edit the setting appear.Additional Information: See the Bulk Editing Video Settings topic if you are unclear on how the Bulk Edit interface works. |
To bulk edit the unlisted video setting flag of several videos:1. Navigate to the videos you want to edit and click the Bulk Edit icon.
2. Select specific videos you want to include by clicking the checkbox to the left of each. You may also select all videos in the list by selecting the top checkbox.
3. Click the Edit Videos gear to access the bulk edit functions.
4. In the Unlisted dropdown, select if you want the videos to have the Unlisted flag enabled or disabled. Note: If you do not see the Unlisted dropdown, this feature has not been enabled by your System Admin.
5. Click the Save button. You will receive a notification that the bulk operation has been submitted.
Tip: If you are unsure on the results of a bulk edit, test it on one video first before applying it to multiple videos. |
