Bulk Editing Video Settings
You may bulk edit video settings and metadata to save time when edits on multiple videos at once are needed. You may only bulk edit the videos you have uploaded unless you have account, media Admin, or edit access permissions.
The following video settings may be edited in bulk:
Status
Access Control
Categories
Tags
Enable Downloads
Enable Comments
Enable Ratings
Custom Fields (if created)
Unlisted Flag (if enabled)
Legal Hold Status (if enabled)
*To bulk edit video settings:
Note: There is a 1000 video maximum that can be edited at once. You must have bulk video editing permissions before you may perform the operations described in this topic.
1. Navigate to the bulk editing interface by clicking the Bulk Edit icon. Accessible through most Media menu options.
2. Select the videos you want include in your edit by selecting the checkbox to the left of the video. You may also select all videos by clicking the checkbox next to Name. Keep in mind, this selects all videos currently displayed on the form you have selected.
3. Click the Edit Videos gear icon to the right of your videos.
4. Bulk edit the selected video settings as desired (view individual bulk editing topics for more details and assistance if needed)
5. Click the Save button to save any edits you have made.
6. Click the Cancel button to discard any edits you have made.
7. Click the Back button to close the Bulk Edit interface.
