Bulk Editing Video Status
Use the icon to set the status of several videos at once to either or . Further, you may decide to delete the videos once they expire or set a publish date in the future as well.
To bulk edit the status of several videos:
1. Navigate to the videos you want to edit and click the icon.
2. Select specific videos you want to include by clicking the checkbox to the left of each. You may also select all videos in the list by selecting the top checkbox.
3. Click the gear to access the bulk edit functions.
4. In the dropdown, select which status setting you want to set on the videos you have selected. In the example below, all selected videos will have an status applied.
5. Click the button. You will receive a notification that the bulk operation has been submitted.
6. Each video you selected will now have the status you set applied; in this example, .
Tip: If you are unsure on the results of a bulk edit, test it on one video first before applying it to multiple videos. |
Replace or Remove the Expiration Date or Rule on Multiple Videos
If you have several videos that have an applied, you can choose to either replace it or remove it through the Bulk Edit feature.
To replace or remove the expiration date or rule on several videos:
1. Select in the drop-down.
2. Select in the dropdown if you want to replace previously set expiration dates or rules. Select if you want to remove previously set expiration dates or rules.
3. Notice in the image below that if you select to replace an expiration date, you can also choose what action to take once the videos expire; delete them or set them to Inactive status.
Replace or Remove the Publish Date on Multiple Videos
If you have several videos that have an , you can choose to either replace it or remove it through the Bulk Edit feature.
To replace or remove the publish date on several videos:
1. Select in the drop-down.
2. Select in the dropdown if you want to replace previously set publish dates. Select if you want to remove previously set publish dates.
