The Integration menu displays all the supported media integrations that are available for use with Rev in once place. It includes such items as Webex video conferencing (Teams and Meetings), VoiceBase transcription services, and so forth.

This menu option also contains the Rev IQ module (AI & Machine Learning) with Facial Recognition abilities. What is visible here depends largely on what licensing has been purchased or activated in Rev, detailed below. If you need more information, contact your Account Manager or Support Services.
