Add or Remove a User Account or Group from a Team
The Assign Users and Groups box on the New Team page provides the ability to add a user account or group (or both) to a Team. When a user accounts or groups are added to a Team, they will have access to permissions granted to that Team such as video access or content approvals.
Only Team Admins are able to edit previously created Teams within the Team interface. Rev Account or Media Admins are able to edit a Team through the Admin > Users > Team interface only.

Caution: Only the Rev Account or Media Admin roles may create a Team. Once created, you should designate a Team Admin in charge of editing its settings and members.
It is important to note that the Team role governs what you can and cannot do within the structure of the Teams module and Team pages rather than the Rev role. This means that Rev Account Admins will be somewhat limited in actions and view options if they are not also a member of the Team.
In general, if you are unable to perform an action you need to accomplish in relation to Team functionality, double-check the Team role you have been assigned; not the Rev role.
See: Team Role Definitions and Permissions for details between Team roles and Rev roles with regard to Team actions and permissions.

Find Items
Begin typing the name of the user account or group in the Find Items box and Rev will suggest possible existing entries for you. Select the entry you want to add and click Done. Click the X to remove the entry from the team.
Save Team
Click to save the team once you have added all entries.

Note: The Rev search engine works similar to popular Web search engines in that using double quotes around your search will narrow it and result in more accurate results if you are looking for a specific user or item.
For example, if you are searching only for one specific video, user account, event, etc., enclosing the search in double quotes avoids returns of similar terms or derived words in your search results.
Note that this is also true when using Find Items search within the Rev user interface to search for user accounts.
