Accept a Pending Set Top Box
Once a DME has been designated as a Connector STB, it will listen for the STB you configured and place it under the Pending STBs tab for you to configure. Before you may configure it, however, you must first accept it.
To accept a pending Set Top Box:1. Navigate to Admin > Devices > Set Top Boxes
2. Click the Pending STBs tab
3. Each STB that has been discovered by a DME that has been designated as a STB Connector will be listed.
4. Note that the Host Name, IP Address, and MAC Address of the STB will be displayed if you need it.
5. Select the checkbox to the left next of the STB you want to accept.
6. Click Bulk Action > Accept STBs.
7. The STB will be moved immediately to the Current STBs tab where you can now configure it. This means it is now available to stream a channel.
8. You will receive a confirmation notice next to the Pending STBs tab.
