Set the Status of a Set Top Box
You may set the status of one or more set top boxes from the Current STBs tab through the Bulk Actions dropdown.
*To set the status of one or more set top boxes:
1. Navigate to Admin > Devices > Set Top Boxes.
2. Click the Current STBs tab.
3. Click the checkbox next to the STB you want to modify the status for.
4. Click Set to Active or Set to Inactive in the STB dropdown.
5. The status of the selected STBs will be set accordingly.
When a STB is set to Inactive:
The current channel is blanked out and will no longer be listed for the STB
The Status column will be set to Inactive
Channels may not be set
