Download an Individual Video
If downloading has been enabled for a video, you may download it on the Video Basic Information panel flyout on the Video Player.
To download a video:1. Navigate to a video you want to download and open the Video Basic Information panel flyout.
2. Click the Download Video icon next to the video title. This icon will not display if your administrator has not enabled the video for download (or if videos have not been enabled globally for download).
3. The video will be saved to your Downloads folder.
Keep in mind:
●Downloading to PC is only available at this time; Mobile downloads are not available.
●Downloading is also not available if the video is sourced from a URL.
●The download will be in MP4 format.
