Attend a Webcast
Join a Webcast Event
There are several methods of joining a Webcast depending on how your Event Admin has configured Rev and how the Event Host has set up the Webcast itself. Each is discussed in more detail below.
Join a Webcast From the Upcoming Events Carousel
If an event has been added to the Event Calendar and has been designated as a public event, you will be able to see it on the Upcoming Events carousel on the Home Page.
Upcoming Events must be one of the carousel options configured on Rev’s Home Page by an Account Admin before this is an option.
Join a Webcast From the Event Calendar
Navigate the Event Calendar when the date and time arrives to access the Webcast.
Join a Webcast From a URL Invite
Your Event Host or Moderator has the option of sending you an event invite through an email or calendar invite. Clicking the provided URL will prompt you to log in to Vbrick Rev where you will then be redirected to the Webcast.

Tip: Private events (denoted by a Lock icon) are only displayed when the following conditions are met:
You are an Event Admin or Account Admin or the Event Host that created the event.
You have been invited to the private event.
A group you belong to has been invited to the event. If you are subsequently removed from that group, you will no longer be able to view or attend the event.
What Happens When You Join a Webcast
You will automatically join the event if the Event Host has started broadcasting. If the Webcast has started but is not yet broadcasting, you will be placed in the event Lobby instead to wait until broadcasting begins (if the Host has allowed this during event set up by adding Lobby Time).
If the Host has not yet started the event or configured Lobby Time, a Webcast will be displayed with the event details instead. You will then be automatically added to the event Lobby once it is started or broadcasting begins by the Event Host.
