Add Lobby Time to a Webcast Event
Lobby Time refers to the how soon attendees may enter an event prior to it beginning. The default Lobby Time is 15 minutes. This may be modified by up to 120 minutes during event set up.
*To add Lobby Time to a Webcast:
1. Navigate the Event Calendar and edit the Webcast.
2. Scroll to or open the Basic Settings section and modify the Lobby Time field.
3. Enter a value no greater than 120 minutes.
4. Prior to the event starting, attendees in the Lobby will see a message stating that the Webcast has not started along with the date and start time.
 
Tip: Any DMEs associated to the event may not be updated during Lobby Time nor during the Webcast itself.
