Apply a Template to a Webcast Event
You may apply any saved template to a Webcast event to save time and reduce errors when setting up similar Webcasts. Templates may be applied to new events or any previously saved event.
To apply a Webcast Event Template to a new event:2. Create the event as you normally would. See: Schedule a Webcast Event.
3. You may also edit a previously scheduled Webcast.
4. Click the Templates button.
5. Select a template in the Select Template dropdown box. Note that a template must have been saved/created first before any will appear here. Click the Apply button to populate your Webcast with the Template’s settings.
6. You may select and apply as many templates as you like so long as the Webcast has not started.
7. Verify the settings before saving your event.
