Upload a PowerPoint Presentation to a Webcast Event
You are easily able to display and control a PowerPoint presentation in addition to your streaming video for your Webcast event.
Caution: If your PowerPoint contains non-standard fonts, you must embed them for proper display. Select File > Options then the Embed fonts in file checkbox. |
To upload a PowerPoint presentation:1. Navigate the Event Calendar and select the event.
2. Scroll to or open the Attendee Engagement section.
3. In the Upload Presentation File section, select a presentation to upload.
4. The following extensions must be used or an error is generated upon upload:
○.ppt
○.pptx
5. When a presentation has been uploaded, the Choose a File button is replaced by the Replace File button. Use the Replace File button to replace a previously uploaded presentation file. Select the Enable Download checkbox if you want your attendees to be able to download the presentation. It will be available for download in the Event Details section during the Webcast.
