You may estimate the number of people that will attend your event so technical resources can be adjusted as necessary. The actual number of attendees can then be compared once the event has concluded so that plans can be adjusted accordingly for the next Webcast as needed. Estimated attendees will be included on the Webcast Event Report as well.

Use the Estimated Number of Attendees field in the Host and Attendees section to estimate attendees.

Note that this must be a number of an error message will result.

To compare your estimate with actual attendees at the conclusion of the event, see the Engagement Analytics tab under Event Analytics and Quality of Experience Reports.
