Add or Delete a Category or Subcategory From a Webcast Event
Categorizing your Webcast makes it easier to find and organize once it becomes a video asset. You are able to categorize your Webcast in the Categories field.
*To add or delete a category from a Webcast:
1. Navigate the Event Calendar and select the event.
2. Scroll to or open the Basic Settings section. Modify the Categories field.
3. Only categories and subcategories that are currently in the system will be displayed in the dropdown.
4. Click the X next to the category to delete the Webcast from the category. This does not delete the category itself from Rev.
5. If a category or subcategory is removed from Rev, the Webcast will be removed from the category as well.
6. When a recorded Webcast is saved as a video asset, it will retain its categories.
