Customize the Home Page Template
You can tailor the Home Page settings on your Rev portal by specifying branding options and the number of carousels that appear along with the content of each.
Up to seven carousels may be configured to appear on the Home Page. By default, the carousels are displayed as follows:
Recently Added Videos
Live Videos
Upcoming Events
Category
Teams List (Displays the Teams the user is a member of, if applicable. No Team is displayed if the user is not a member of a Team.)
Continue Watching (Includes videos that have only been partially viewed. Those videos that have been completely viewed are not displayed)
In addition to the default options above, you may also set carousels to display:
a. Team Videos: Displays all the videos of the selected Team. You may select multiple Team Video carousels to display on the Home Page if desired.
b. You may also select None and the carousel will not display as a result.
*To customize the Home Page:
1. Navigate to Admin > System Settings > Branding > Home Page tab.
2. Select between the Classic or Carousels With Sidebar templates for your Home Page. Each template is explained below.
3. The carousels display in the order you select on the template. To disable the carousel, select None.
4. To select a category, select Category and begin typing the category name until it appears. Only videos that are assigned to that category will appear in the carousel.
5. Click Save to save your template customizations.
Keep the following in mind:
The carousel is always required and may not be set to None.
The same value may not be set in more than one carousel.
The same category or team may not be selected for multiple carousels.
The most recent uploaded video in the category is displayed in the carousel first by descending order.
If Continue Watching is set as a carousel, and a video is accessed as a direct link (rather than the carousel), keep in mind that the progress will not be displayed as opposed to if it is accessed via the Continue Watching carousel.

Note: If the Add URLs option has been disabled in Media Settings, you will not be able to add a Live Videos carousel as a Home Page setting.
Classic Template
The default carousel template on a Home Page until changed by an Admin. You may display up to seven carousels that will appear under the Featured Video.
Carousels With Sidebar Template
When this Home Page carousel template is selected, you must select three sidebar sections in addition to your carousels. Sidebar sections appear to the right of your carousels and under your Featured Video, demonstrated in the image below.
The sidebar selections that may be made are:
Events (Upcoming events specific to the logged in user’s permission levels)
Teams (Specific to the logged in user’s teams only)
Categories (Top level category display only if categories are enabled)
None (no sidebar will be displayed)
The first Home Page Sidebar dropdown is required and may not be set to None similar to the first carousel option.
