Enable Unlisted Videos
If you have the Allow Videos to be Hidden from the Rev Interface and Search option checked, the video is hidden from anyone who does not have edit rights within the Rev UI. The video may be played when accessed directly via embed code or direct link. Unlisted videos may also be manipulated through Rev APIs. This option is disabled by default. Only Account Admins and Media Admins are able to enable and disable this feature.
To enable Unlisted videos:1. Navigate to Admin > Media Settings > Features.
2. Select Allow Videos to be Hidden from the Rev Interface and Search checkbox.
When Unlisted videos is enabled and a VOD or Live Stream is unlisted, the videos are hidden from anyone who does not have edit rights to the video; the video is not searchable/viewable in:
●All Videos view
●Browse Categories view
●Dashboard carousels including the Featured Video carousel
●Teams page
●Playlist views
●Global Search
