Real Time Webcast Event Analytics
In addition to Event Reports at the end of your Webcast, you are also able to obtain analytics in real time, as the Webcast is occurring by clicking the Real Time Dashboard icon.

Note: Real Time Webcast Event Analytics are a Rev Cloud only feature.
When clicked, a separate browser window with the Real Time Web Analytics Dashboard is launched.
The Current Attendees count is displayed in the upper left corner and you can use the Find User search box to display attributes about a specific attendee.
Event data tables are displayed below the current attendees under the System Status and User Statistics tabs and are updated every three minutes. You may also refresh the data manually by clicking the Refresh link.
When the event is over, a link to the analytics is provided. Note: Currently, this dashboard is not able to be viewed on mobile devices.
In addition to individual (and aggregated) attendee details, you are able to see player collected stats such as the current and fall-back streams, and stats on additional devices you are using such as DMEs.
Current Attendees
Displays the number of attendees currently viewing the Webcast. Please note that the count may include attendees who have recently left the Webcast (within 3 minutes of leaving). Also note that the count does not include the event host.
What to expect?
Under normal circumstances the total number of attendees should match the typical attendance for a Webcast.
How can this information be used?
An administrator can leverage the total number of attendees to get a quick read on the current state of the Webcast in comparison to the expected number of attendees. If the number of attendees is significantly lower than expected number, it may indicate an issue with the Webcast.
