Toggle the Host Webcast Layout During an Event
Once a Webcast begins broadcasting, you may toggle windows and the view that is presented to you. Note this only effects your specific view. Each Host or Moderator attending the event may toggle their own individual views and they will not affect yours.
The Video, Audio, Presentation, and Slides buttons are used to toggle elements of the Webcast on and off. All elements are “on” by default when the event is started. If a button is clicked, that element is then toggled off until the button is clicked again. For example, if the Presentation button is clicked, the large presentation window to the right of the video will be removed until the Presentation button is clicked again.
In the example below, both the video and slide carousel have been toggled off by clicking the Video and Slides buttons. This results in the Presentation window expanding to fill the screen.

Tip: If an Event Moderator is set up for the Webcast and able to control slides, the Slides button for the Event Host interface will not be present nor will the presentation slides themselves. If a Moderator is not set up to control slides, all Event Admins assigned may control them.
