A senior sales executive with over 15 years of experience developing high performing teams, Leonard will oversee the global sales organization including all customer facing direct sales and channel sales. He will report to Shelly Heiden, CEO.

Prior to his role at Vbrick, Leonard was Chief Sales Officer at HireVue. As the head of revenue generation, Doug’s passion for talent development, coaching, sales execution, and client value creation were key contributors to HireVue’s growth. Before HireVue, Doug was the leader of Cornerstone OnDemand’s North American Sales team focusing on enterprise and global strategic accounts. In his role, he helped create a value-based sales process and talent-centric sales culture that resulted in significant consecutive year over year growth. Doug earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Connecticut State University.
