Shelly Heiden, CEO

Shelly Heiden has over 15 years of experience in customer-facing organizations including roles in executive leadership, sales, marketing, business development, service, and support. As Vbrick's Chief Executive Officer, Shelly is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company. She is also a member of Vbrick's Board of Directors.
Prior to Vbrick, Shelly served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Plateau Systems where she was responsible for all customer-facing organizations worldwide, including sales, marketing, service and support. At Plateau, she managed the company's acquisition by SuccessFactors/SAP. Post acquisition, she stayed on as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services and a member of the SAP Global Executive Team.
Shelly began her professional career with GE Capital Consulting as a Managing Director delivering IT staffing and technology solutions. From there she was promoted to Vice President of the Industry Solutions Group (after GE Capital Consulting was acquired by PSInet, Inc.)


Steve Blodgett, CFO

Stephen Blodgett brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial operations working with growing technology companies. As Vbrick's Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for leading the strategic planning and administrative functions of the company.
Prior to Vbrick, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer of Plateau Systems, playing a key role in the highly successful acquisition of the company by SuccessFactors (later acquired by SAP). Post acquisition, he stayed on with SAP/SuccessFactors as Global Field Controller. Prior to joining Plateau, Steve served as Director of Finance for Forrester Research, Inc., a NASDAQ traded independent technology research company. While at Forrester, he led the financial reporting effort in Forrester's initial public and secondary offerings. He also conducted the financial due diligence and played a key role in the integration of the firm's acquisition of Giga Information Group. Steve began his career with the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen, LLP in the High Technology Practice.
Steve is a CPA with a BA in Management from Babson College.


Terry Medhurst, CIO

Terry Medhurst has over 20 years of experience in the procurement, design and delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Prior to Vbrick, Terry served as Global Vice President of Professional Services for Plateau Systems where he was responsible for worldwide solution delivery and following the acquisition of Plateau by Successfactors/SAP was responsible for enabling channel partners, platform integration and a portfolio of emerging solutions.
A technologist at heart, Terry's early career in computing began with Wang as a System Integration Consultant before founding a consulting company focused on delivering a network design and groupware/collaboration solutions.


Darian Germain, VP, Marketing

Darian Germain is a streaming media industry veteran with more than 20 years' experience in B-to-B technology marketing in marketing and communications leadership roles.
As Vice President of Marketing, Darian spearheaded a global visibility and re-branding initiative to support the market launch of Vbrick's next-generation software platform.
Darian's experience includes leading several of the streaming industry's earliest, and most recent, start-up marketing successes; from the market launch of encoding platform pioneer Anystream (now Telestream) to the pre-acquisition positioning of Accordent Technologies (now Polycom) as an enterprise video player. Germain joins Vbrick from broadband mobile technology leader Ascom Network Testing, where she served as Head of Marketing responsible for worldwide product marketing of the TEMS portfolio.
Darian began her professional career in international telecommunications, serving in marketing roles at Spring International, Global One, Lockheed Martin Global Communications, and providing agency consulting for Nortel, Motorola and Teleglobe.


Shailesh Lohiya, VP, Engineering

Shaliest Lohiya has over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the software industry specializing in architecture, cloud, SOA, building highly scalable enterprise products and applications.
As Vbrick's Vice President of Software Engineering, Shailesh is responsible for development and delivery of software products which includes Vbrick's world-class, next-generation enterprise video platform.
Prior to Vbrick, Shailesh has served in key technical and management positions in companies ranging from technology start-ups to larger software companies such as SuccessFactors/SAP, BearingPoint, Compare, Tata Consultancy Services.


Stefan Schober, VP, Business Development

Stefan Schober has over 15 years of successful leadership experience in business development and sales, specializing in developing and growing new technology start-ups as well as working for larger software organizations in both the commercial and federal marketplaces. As Vice-President of Business Development, Stefan is responsible for overseeing the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and licensing agreements.
Prior to Vbrick, Stefan held Business Development positions at EMC's Enterprise Software Group; successfully started and grew Government and Mid-Atlantic commercial sales organizations for companies such as CipherTrust, Veritas (Open Vision), and WinVista. He began his sales career with Oracle as a Public Sector Area Sales Manager. Stefan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.


Eric Spiegel, VP, Customer Success

Eric Spiegel is an accomplished senior technology manager with over 25 years of experience in software product and delivery services. After spending 10 years as a software developer, he has spent the last two decades working in senior management roles at multiple early stage software firms, including co-founding a software start-up in the virtualization market and leading an enterprise portal software firm through a successful public offering and subsequent acquisition.
Eric also has published over 100 articles as a technology journalist on a wide range of IT management and career topics. He holds a BS in Information Science and an MS in Information Technology Management from the Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School
