Disable LDAP Authentication for Users
When you first add your LDAP Connector, you can specify if LDAP authentication is to be used for users (either as a direct connection or through a connector). This functionality is enabled by default.
If disabled, however, this means that users and groups will still use LDAP sync while users will be authenticated through SAML.
To disable LDAP authentication for users:1. Navigate to Admin > Devices > Source Devices and LDAP Connectors.
2. Select the LDAP Connector to edit.
3. Deselect the Allow LDAP Authentication for Users checkbox.
Keep in mind:
●When checked, users must use LDAP credentials to log in to Rev.
●When disabled, if a user attempts to login using LDAP credentials, an error message will appear.
