Navigate Between a Parent and Child Account
Clicking an account name in the Accounts column of the Child Accounts module branches you to the child account where you may create entirely new Users, Groups, System Settings, and so forth if desired.

You may also access it (and navigate back to the parent account) through the parent and child menu option.
