Supported Compatibility Matrix

As always, please review current DME, Encoder, LDAP connector, and VBM agent versions within your specific environment.
For cloud customers, Vbrick deploys Rev several times a year which includes new versions of the LDAP Connector. Cloud Rev is always tested with the previous two versions of LDAP Connector. Vbrick recommends that Rev Cloud customers verify that they are using the most recent LDAP Connector.
Additionally, there may be new releases of the Vbrick Multicast (VBM) agents/software. The VBM agent ships with a security certificate from Vbrick (unless a customer provides their own security certificate). This certificate is now limited by new restrictions within browsers to 397 days. If you are using a version older than the current release of VBM, please review the certificate expiry date.

* As of February 2021, all DME versions up to and including DME v3.22 are End of Maintenance and Availability. Those versions will no longer be supported by Vbrick. If you continue to use a version of On-Prem Rev that supports a lower versioned DME, you are still able to use those DMEs. However, be aware that Vbrick is no longer able to deliver, upgrade, or fix issues within those versions.
** Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020. Going forward, Vbrick Multicast Agent (VBM) v1.4 and later will no longer support Windows 7. Customers still using Windows 7 may continue to use the VBM v1.3 agent while moving to supported Windows versions but will need to provide their own security certificate.
*** Please review the Vbrick support agreement for necessary dates associated with On-Premises support and expected update schedules.
