What’s new with Training at VBrick?
Starting January 2008 VBrick is implementing several new courses that will educate,
inform and promote the use of VBrick digital video solutions in customer networks.
The successful Reseller VNCE program is the basis of the training programs and has
been expanded with a new course – Reseller VNCE PRO. The VNCE Pro course will
take currently certified VNCEs and provide advanced work in complex network deployments.
A train-the-trainer component is included to provide the Reseller VNCE with the
skills to train their end users who have purchased an EtherneTV system. The goal
of this program is to provide the end user with the operational knowledge they need
to maximize the use of the system AND provide the Reseller/VNCE a ‘tool’
to satisfy their customer needs and increase their revenue.
The ETV End User Client and End User Administrator courseware has been created to
provide the VNCE/Reseller the materials needed to provide a customer with on site
training. This course ware consists of 2 distinct classes – one for client
users and one for ETV administrators, and includes student manuals, instructor PowerPoint
presentations and suggested hands on labs. This course is to be presented by a certified
Reseller VNCE Pro.
Due to demand by some end users who maintain their own VBrick digital video equipment
and network, the End User VNCE course has been created. This course will cover the
installation, and troubleshooting of all VBrick appliances and the EtherneTV system.
Additional subjects on managing content, system ‘housekeeping’, network
troubleshooting are covered. This course contains extensive hands on exercises and
is held in Wallingford only.
