
If your warranty has expired and you experience issues with your VBrick software or hardware, you can still take advantage of our services on a fee basis.
Call VBrick support at 203.303.0222. Have your equipment serial number ready (click here to locate serial #) and your call will be routed to the appropriate engineer.
For $300/hr, the engineer will diagnose the problem to determine what the failure is. For hardware repair there is a $425 flat fee for STB or IPR repair, $1,500 for VBrick 4000, 5000 , 6000, 7000 and 9000 series Encoder and Decoders, $1,500 for Distributed Media Engine Model 7530 (8000-0222) repairs, $1,500 for Digital Signage Player repairs and $350 for RMA diagnostic. Software and applications support are billed by the hour.
Support fees do not include software or firmware updates. If the device is deemed to need repair and the customer decides to RMA the unit, the $300/hr fee will be credited toward the repair cost of the unit.
If there is a software problem or the equipment is at fault, the engineer will assist you with the appropriate next steps. Separate fees are applicable for parts and/or labor for installation and/or professional services (offsite or onsite).

Products that are more than 5 years old are not eligible for hardware repair.
