Record for Video On-Demand Viewing

VBrick offers several complimentary solutions for recording, storing and distributing streaming video. Record a live event, record user generated content or store purchased content, VBrick has it covered. Both VBrick encoders and Rich Media products can record content locally and easily transfer it to VEMS Mystro for management. For centralized recording, a Network Video Recorder service is built-in to VEMS Mystro – it can easily be expanded to record hundreds of concurrent streams.

Store for Video On-Demand Viewing

The explosion in video content creation has made video storage increasingly important. VBrick has it covered with multiple options to meet your organization’s specific needs. Choose from dedicated Video-on-Demand (VoD) servers or our innovative Distributed Media Engine that combines VoD services with media redistribution and media transformation. Of course you can use one or multiples of each depending on your network topology and storage demands. All of the elements interoperate and they are all managed by VEMS Mystro so searching and distributing content across sites is easy and automated – no need to manage every storage point individually.

VoD in the Cloud

Prefer to store your content in the Cloud? VBrick’s Online Streaming Service (VBOSS) is the right choice for secure, integrated Cloud-based storage. Fully integrated with VEMS Mystro, content stored in VBOSS will look and feel like locally stored content but resides on a robust Cloud-based infrastructure. There is even the option to synchronize between VBOSS and local VoD servers so frequently viewed content is available in both locations.

We're flexible. Deploy a VBrick solution as a distributed, centralized, Cloud-based or hybrid system architecture to fit your enterprise needs.

The Benefits of a Distributed Architecture

Most IP video companies have a “head-end” approach, which means that viewers must get all their video from a central location. This is fine if your content is being viewed only on the LAN but often becomes an issue for constrained WAN connections as most WANs have far less available capacity. VBrick Enterprise Media System (VEMS Mystro) can manage on-demand servers anywhere in the network and intelligently connect users to the closest resource – eliminating the need to traverse the WAN to a central location. Since VEMS Mystro can synchronize the content between VoD servers, there is no need to be concerned that users won’t have access to right video on the right local server.
