Whether you want to make sure everyone tunes into a priority broadcast, or you need to automate an entire semester of classroom recordings, the VEMS Mystro™ Scheduling Module makes it easy to deliver video content for your organization.

You can schedule events to and from any VBrick component, anywhere in your system. Schedule a video or event for broadcast, recording, rebroadcast or on-demand access. Originate live streaming broadcasts from a wide range of sources, including TV channels, cameras connected to a VBrick encoding appliance, video conferencing systems or stored video from Video-On-Demand servers. Schedule content for your entire organization, for a small group, or just for yourself. Viewers can be inside and outside the firewall, and you can even redirect a stream to VBrick VBOSS hosted service and provide access over the Internet.

The Scheduling Module is integrated into the VEMS Mystro™ Viewing Portal for those with the appropriate permissions, so it's intuitive to use and available from any device on the network.

Easy-to-Use Calendar
Manage your schedules with an intuitive calendar-based interface that's as easy as scheduling a meeting. You can schedule broadcasts, rebroadcasts, live Webcasts, tuning of set-to-boxes to live streams, and recording. Scheduling a broadcast or webcast takes just a single step--the Network Video Recorder will record for you and store the file on a VOD server. At any time, you can view, schedule and manage your content by month, week, day and list views, and of course you can search for a specific event or day.

Schedule Broadcasts
Does your CEO want to address the entire organization? Are you training a large group? Are the students active participants in the morning announcements? These are all scheduled broadcasts, easily accomplished with VEMS Mystro™ Scheduler. From your Scheduler interface, you reserve the source device for the video feed, determine if this is a one-time or recurring event, enter your metadata, decide if you are recording this, and – voilà, you have a scheduled broadcast event!

Channel Guide

VEMS Mystro Scheduling Module The VEMS Channel Guide automatically associates and displays the program listings of the channels you are streaming over your IP network. Users can schedule recordings of a single program or a whole series of programs, with one button. Your organization can also create its own channels, and easily add them to custom program listings and playlists.

Unified Communications
