Edit Set Top Box Credentials
Once a pending STB has been accepted, it will be moved to the Current STBs tab where you may edit its basic information and credentials if necessary.
To edit information and credentials for a current Set Top Box:1. Navigate to Admin > Devices > Set Top Boxes.
2. Click the Current STBs tab.
3. Click the Name of the STB you want to edit.
4. The STB edit page will appear where you may edit the Device Name, Username, and Password for the STB.
Warning: If you create a custom password for the STB in Rev and its control IP or Port is modified in the DME, the STB custom password will have to be re-entered again in REV. Until it is re-entered, the STB’s status will appear as “Invalid Credentials”. |
